The philosophy of the Engineering courses is the integration of the ideas of STEM.
Our school is part of the NJ Consortium and our courses are aligned to the curriculum of Engineering by Design put for by the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association.
The courses offered for the 2013-2014 school year are:
Engineering: Foundations of Technology
Advanced Engineering: Technological Design
Objectives of these courses are:
- Students will apply and integrate the skills learned in mathematics and science
- Students will develop and enhance their problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Students will understand the iterative engineering design process
